We strictly control product quality and choose the best quality epoxy resin, even if it may be expensive. Before each production, we will make a strip sample with epoxy resin to ensure its quality. Based on the test data, we have successfully controlled the quality of the main materials, such as bending strength, tensile strength, and impact strength.
Our internal contact terminals are made of permanent magnet materials, ensuring reliable performance. When LBS switches to the disconnected position, the arc naturally becomes thinner and causes self extinguishing in SF6 gas.

The insulation ability for arc-extinguishing is significantly improved when the switchgear is in an open status. This is achieved by filling the switchgear with SF6 gas at a pressure range of 0.03Mpa~0.04Mpa.
We have designed our switchgear to be smaller in size without compromising on safety. By utilizing advanced techniques, we have successfully made the whole size of the switchgear smaller, making it easier to install and handle.
Our switchgear features a copper contactor with over 99.95% Cu content. This special production process ensures the contactor's excellent abrasion rigidity. We proudly call this material T2 copper.
In order to enhance safety, we have designed our switchgear with a phased distance of 210mm. This particular design extends the air and creepage distance, minimizing the risk of electrical accidents.
