Product Description

Insulation Ability: The switchgear has an increased insulation ability for arc-extinguishing when in the open status, thanks to the SF6 gas filled with a pressure of 0.03Mpa~0.04Mpa.

Compact Size: The switchgear is designed to be smaller in size, ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Best Material: The switchgear's copper contactor is made of T2 copper, which contains more than 99.95% Cu content. The special production process guarantees excellent abrasion rigidity.

Increased Phased Distance: The switchgear features a phased distance of 210mm, with a particular design that lengthens the air and creepage distance for enhanced performance.

We strictly control the quality of our products by carefully selecting the best quality epoxy resin, even though it may be more expensive. Before every production, we conduct a belt transect test using epoxy resin to ensure its quality. Based on the test data, we have effectively controlled the quality of major materials, such as bending strength, tensile strength, and impact strength.

Our internal contact terminals are made of permanent magnetism material, ensuring their durability and reliability. When the LBS switches to the open position, the arc naturally becomes thinner and eventually extinguishes in SF6 gas.
