General
The GPS type pole-install load switch is designed for use in power systems with a rated voltage of 12kV, 24kV, or 33kV. It has a rated current of 400/630A and operates at a frequency of 50/60HZ. This switch is used to control the load current, over load current of power line open circuit, and opening and closing of electric systems.
The switch is equipped with a state-of-the-art controller that offers advanced technical parameters.

- Air Temperature: Maximum temperature of +40ºC and minimum temperature of -20ºC
- Humidity: Monthly average humidity of 95% and daily average humidity of 90%
- Altitude Above Sea Level: Maximum installation altitude of 2500m
- Ambient Air: Should not be polluted by corrosive and flammable gas or vapor
- Shake: No frequent violent shake
Features
- SF6 Gas Insulated: The switch is insulated with SF6 gas, which is non-poisonous, nonflammable, and has excellent arc suppression properties.
- Bushing Diversity: In addition to standard porcelain bushings, various rubber bushings are also available.
- Visible Open Circuit and Opening/Closing Situation: The main contact place indicator is color-coded for easy identification (green for open circuit, red for closing). The indicator and main conductor are always directly connected to ensure accurate display of the conductor state.
- Fast Operation: The switch features a spring stored energy operation system, allowing for quick switch-on and switch-off operations within 1 second.
- Controller Option: The switch comes with an electric controller that can be operated on the ground or through the main controller via an RTU screen.
- Standard: The switch is filled with full SF6 gas before delivery and is sealed. It has been tested according to IEC60265 and GB3804 standards.
