Production Description
The gas tank of GRM inflatable cabinet is made of stainless steel plate, which is manufactured by advanced laser cutting and automatic manipulator welding technology. . SF6 gas is filled in the tank, and the tightness of the gas tank is ensured by synchronous vacuum pumping and helium leak detection. The load switch, grounding switch, fuse insulation cylinder and vacuum arc extinguishing chamber are all sealed in the stainless steel gas tank. The explosion proof diaphragm at the bottom of the gas box is equipped with an explosion-proof diaphragm. When the switch is abnormal and the air pressure in the gas tank exceeds a certain value, the explosion-proof pressure can be released from the lower explosion proof port, so as to effectively prevent the damage of the high-pressure gas to the others, the cable and the rest of the switch equipment in the substation.

The main switch adopts a combination of SF6 load switch and load switch fuse. Equipped with vacuum load switch and spring operating mechanism, it can be operated manually or electrically.
